US-based ClearOne produces innovative hardware and software for complete collaboration and communication solutions, significantly broadening POLAR’s offering in the sphere of fast-evolving meeting room trends.

UMA is a privacy-first digital assistant for enterprise and is at the heart of UMA Book, a room booking system which integrates with Office 365 and G Suite using Cloud-based architecture with on-premise options.

Utelogy is a leading provider of intelligent management, monitoring and software that delivers analytics and control to AV and Unified Communications hardware.

POLAR, within its Integrated Solutions division, has also further developed its Project Design Service. The company has a comprehensive portfolio and as a solutions provider in an age of accelerated technological advancement, is taking project design services for resellers, consultants and end-users to a new level.

From initial consultation, through the production of detailed designs based on its offering, to site visits, EASE Plots for accuracy of loudspeaker coverage and SPL, speech intelligibility reports, system schematics and commissioning, POLAR’s experts can assist its integrator partners at every stage of a project. Running alongside this initiative, the company has introduced hardware support contracts, which include next day hardware replacement warranties on selected products, following technical support diagnosis.
