With the goal of strengthening its presence in the fixed install market worldwide, following a year of outstanding successes and important projects, Powersoft has decided to make an important investment in 2016.
Powersoft’s Sales and Marketing Director, Luca Giorgi, said: “We are very pleased to announce the appointment of Marc Kocks as our new Business Development Manager for the fixed install market in EMEA region.”
“Marc was looking for a new opportunity to apply his vast experience in install projects, by working for a company with an international exposure. At the same time, we were planning to create a stronger team capable of communicating Powersoft’s unique selling points more efficiently with the major players in the fixed install market, It was a fortunate that we managed to click the two needs together,”
With a strong background in pro audio-and the fixed install market in particular-Marc is well qualified to take on his international role. Having been involved in selling Powersoft amplifiers while running Powersoft’s Dutch distributor, he is not only familiar with the products and the team, but also with international consultants and system integrators.
“Based on my experience in recent years Powersoft’s products, team and technologies are among the most professional and advanced in our industry,” commented Marc. “I am delighted to be part of the team and help build the presence of Powersoft products and technologies in the international Fixed Installation market”
Territorially, his role will be focused across EMEA, where he will coordinate with Powersoft’s existing sales organisation as well as communicating and cross referencing with Powersoft’s subsidiary in the US.
In conclusion, Luca added: “We really believe that this strategic appointment will mark another important phase in Powersoft’s growth. We also envisage that a new Application Team will be built around Marc’s activities in the near future.”
