Positive Outlook for Adam Hall Group’s Barcelona Showroom

The Adam Hall Group has been running its own showroom in Barcelona since October, 2015. Fully equipped with products and solutions from their own brands – LD Systems, Cameo Light, Gravity, Palmer and Defender – alongside other selected brands, the showroom also boasts a full-sized stage and several adjoining seminar and training rooms of 100m² each. At the end of 2016, the showroom management reviewed their first full calendar year. Gabriel Medrano, International Area Manager, Adam Hall Southern Europe, and his Adam Hall team welcomed and advised more than 200 customers, planners and service providers at one of the largest showrooms in the Catalan capital.

With its Barcelona location, the Adam Hall Group targets customers and prospective customers from the southern European market – in particular companies from Spain, France, Portugal and Italy, but also from the UK and Scandinavia, who travelled to Barcelona to participate in more than 60 product presentations, demonstrations and individual appointments. The majority of the visitors (just under 50%) were event companies from the installation and rental sector, followed by the retail and industry sectors.

Events as a Complete Package
The central showroom’s activities include events to which the Adam Hall Group invites customers from the individual countries to Barcelona. Over two consecutive days, planners, integrators, service providers and rental companies can experience (under live conditions and followed by workshops and hands-on demonstrations) and purchase integrated event technology solutions frohall.comm the Adam Hall Group product portfolio – including the AURO SPOT 200 and AURO SPOT 400 LED moving heads, the ZENIT Z 120 LED PAR from Cameo, or the multi-award-winning CURV 500 series and the new U500 wireless microphone series from LD Systems. The events are accompanied by joint sightseeing tours in Barcelona with local experts from the Adam Hall Group.

Overall in 2016, during the two-day events, the Adam Hall Group welcomed more than 100 customers and companies from the Southern European Region at the Barcelona showroom. “In this way we are once again bringing a deeper, more personal approach to our relationship with our customers. Many know the Adam Hall Group staff only from phone calls or e-mails. Here, both sides have the opportunity to get to know each other personally in relaxed circumstances,” said Gabriel Medrano.

Cases & Concerts
Other highlights included the presentation of the new FliteCAD software in June 2016, which was attended by more than 20 companies from Spain and Portugal. 14 companies from the French regions flocked to the second presentation in September. In addition, the showroom was also used for live concerts (e.g. the Spanish electric guitar virtuoso Andre Tonelli), DJ events, external video shoots and presentations and product tests by Spanish music and event technology magazines.
