
KLSTR Technologies has signed a technology cooperation agreement with Golden Sea, Guangzhou Haoyang Electronic Co., Ltd., the publicly listed parent company of Ayrton, SGM, Terbly and GS ARC.
The agreement was signed during an official ceremony at Golden Sea’s headquarters in Guangzhou, China, bringing together the leadership teams of both companies.
The agreement marks an important new phase in the relationship between KLSTR and Golden Sea. Following the successful collaboration with Ayrton, both companies have agreed to broaden their cooperation and explore future technology integration opportunities across the wider Golden Sea group.
As one of the world’s leading manufacturers of professional entertainment lighting, Golden Sea has built an international portfolio serving the touring, live events, television, theatre and architectural lighting markets.
The agreement reflects a shared ambition to accelerate innovation in professional lighting through intelligent networking and connected fixture technologies.
KLSTR Technologies has developed a networking platform that transforms lighting fixtures into intelligent network devices capable of automatic discovery, remote configuration, topology mapping, and real-time diagnostics.
