As a loudspeaker manufacturer, K-array has been pushing the boundaries of what is possible in sound reproduction since 2006, but the origins of the company – and many of its ideas – date back to 1990, when its co-founders Alessandro Tatini and Massimo Ferati decided to go into business together.

Having met in 1987 while working at a regional rental company in Florence, they set up their own rental company, HP Sound Equipment, which later expanded to conducting R&D for their own products and other existing manufacturers…
