Leyard Europe has expanded its Made in Europe LED portfolio with the new NEV Series LED display for indoor fixed installation.
Available in a range of sizes, pixel pitches and brightness versions, it is the ideal solution for a wide range of indoor applications, including advertising and information in large and small venues, and more.
With the LED industry facing ongoing supply chain issues, resulting in logistics bottlenecks and reduced component availability, production of the new Leyard NEV Series at the manufacturer’s state-of-the-art production facility in Presov, Slovakia, means stable price levels are guaranteed and lead times are reduced to only a few weeks.
“By strategically locating our production facility at the crossroads of major European transportation routes, we can not only save costs and reduce leads times but also achieve shorter transportation routes that are more environmentally friendly, which is a positive side effect,” said Chris Tanghe of Leyard Europe.
The NEV Series is available in 1.9, 2.6, 2.9 and 3.9mm pixel pitches and is High Dynamic Range (HDR) ready with support for both HDR10 and HDR10 Pro formats, meaning the image quality of each pixel is maximised for brighter whites, darker blacks, and more true-to-life colours.
The cabinets are available in two different heights, allowing video walls to be assembled in increments of 25cm. Combined with a shallow depth of only 68mm, 90° corner installation without creating a visible gap at the edges of the cabinets, displays can be adapted to any room, further extending the application possibilities of the NEV Series displays.
Additionally, the NEV Series modules can be mounted from either the front or back of the cabinet for easy installation and maintenance. For direct wall mounting, full front service access allows for a slim appearance of the video wall.
Thanks to its two different brightness variants, the NEV Series offers the ideal solution for any environmental conditions.
Under normal room conditions, the standard 1000-nit version offers excellent image display; for brighter environments, the 3500-nit versions guarantee perfect readability of content even in direct light.
Except for the LED modules, all models of the NEV Series are based on the same components. This enables Leyard to achieve consistently high product quality, spare parts availability, and ease of service.
“The introduction of this new series to our European production line enables us to offer an even more comprehensive product range that aligns with local market demands,” concluded Tanghe.
“This includes not only tailored product specifications but also faster project timeframes that benefit our customers. As we continue to grow, it is our intention at Leyard Europe to expand our made-in-Europe portfolio even further by introducing additional series that will help us adapt to and meet the ever-evolving market requirements.”
