DAS Audio has expanded its team in the United States with the addition of new talent, and a long-term commitment to building community and growing its market share.

Recent additions to the US team include seasoned industry leaders David Kuhner and Burton Ishmael.

David Kuhner joins DAS Audio as a seasoned pro with decades of experience on both sides of the industry. A former touring musician turned audio executive, Kuhner brings technical depth, relational warmth, and a deep belief in the craft of sound.

Kuhner’s career began on stage and evolved into senior sales roles with leading manufacturers, including L-Acoustics.

His mix of musical intuition and technical expertise has made him a trusted voice among engineers, integrators, and production teams nationwide.

At DAS Audio, he sees an opportunity to help tell a new story that is rooted in purpose, partnership, and sonic excellence.

Another recent addition to the US team is acclaimed front-of-house engineer and broadcast audio expert Burton Ishmael.

Before officially joining DAS Audio, Ishmael was already a passionate advocate of the gear having used it on stages across the United States, in houses of worship, and for major network productions.

“Burton has been a longtime believer in DAS Audio,” continued Villegas. “Having him on board brings valuable experience, credibility, and a true connection to the working engineers who use our gear every day. His presence on this team means the world to us.”

Ishmael now serves as Senior Market Development Manager, Pro Audio, with a focus on helping more users experience the clarity, precision, and reliability of the ARA Series.

To match the talent with reach, DAS Audio has also partnered with two of the industry’s most respected rep firms , Mizzen Marketing and Pro Media Marketing , to cover key territories where the company is poised for growth.

This expanded network gives DAS Audio the reach and relationships to meet rising demand across a variety of verticals, from live production and touring to worship, broadcast, and permanent venue installations.
