ADJ USA welcomes Dean Faciana as Regional Sales Manager

Dean Faciana has joined ADJ USA’s internal sales team. His new role will involve supporting the company’s dealer network in the Northern Central States, providing sales support, product demos and technical advice.

Faciana has been working in the entertainment lighting industry for more than 30 years. Throughout this time, he has logged thousands of hours behind a desk at Front of House and continues to moonlight as an LD/Programmer/Operator. He has gained experience working in nearly all areas of the industry, including live events, theatre, installation, touring, film and video shoots, corporate events, and houses of worship. Having also once owned a mid-sized event lighting company, Faciana is uniquely qualified to relate to ADJ’s dealer network and customer base. His sales resume is equally impressive, having worked as a manufacturer’s rep for many A/V industry brands. He ran his own firm representing a competing lighting brand in the past and has most recently worked as an ADJ representative for the past two years.

Working alongside ADJ USA’s Sales Director and National Sales Manager, Faciana will take responsible for managing the states of Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, South Dakota, and North Dakota. Drawing on his vast industry experience and wide-ranging product knowledge he will support dealers through listening to customers’ needs and recommending the best solutions for the application.
